Cus. Notification, No. 425 (G.S.R. 1553), dated 30th October, 1976. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 157, read with Section 92 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulation, namely :

  1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Bill of Coastal Goods (Form) Regulations, 1976.

(2) They shall come into force on such [date] as the Central Board of Excise and Customs may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.

  1. Bill of Coastal Goods.- The Bill of Coastal Goods to be presented by the consignor of any coastal goods under sub-section (1) of Section 92 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), shall be in the form appended to these regulations.
