The Coinage of Bi-Metallic Coin or Rupees Ten Rules, 2011

G.S.R. 376(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 21 read with Section 7 of the Coinage Act, 1906 (3 of 1906), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :-
- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage of Bi-Metallic coin or Rupees Ten Rules, 2011.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The Standard weight of the Bi-Metallic coin of rupees Ten denominations, coined under the provision of Section 6 of the Coinage Act, 1906, and the remedy allowed in making of such cions shall be as specified in the Table below :-
