An Act to repeal the East Punjab Cement Control Act, 1948.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :

  1. Short title.- This Act may be called the East Punjab Cement short title. Control (Repealing) Act, 1962.
  2. Repeal of Punjab Act XXXIX of 1948.- On such day as the State Government may, by Repeal of Punjab Act notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this XXXIX of behalf, the East Punjab Cement Control Act, 1948, 1948, shall stand repealed.
