BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Petroleum (Berar Extension) Repeal Act, 2002. 2. Repeal of Act 23 of 1937.-The Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937, is hereby repealed.
