  An Act for amending the Bengal Code in regard to sales of land for arrears of revenue.

Interest and penalty abolished.- [Formal words which were repealed by Act 16 of 1874, are omitted.]There shall be no demand of interest or penalty upon any arrear of land revenue [The words "which shall fall due after the date specified in Section 35 of this Act" which were repealed by Act 16 of 1874 are omitted.]
