ACT NO. 22 OF 2001
[ 29th August, 2001.]
An Act to repeal the Civil Courts Amins Act, 1856 and certain other enactments.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty- second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Judicial Administration Laws (Repeal) Act, 2001 .
2. Repeal.- The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
