No. G.S.R. 53/H.A. 42/71/S 57/73. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 47 of the Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules to regulate the publication of Bye-laws under sub-section (3) of Section 12 of the said Act, namely :-

  1. Title.- These Rules may be called the Faridabad Complex Administration (Publication of Bye-laws) Rules, 1973.
  2. Commencement.- These Rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Haryana Government Gazette.
  3. All Bye-laws framed by the Chief Administrator under Section 12 shall be published in the Official Gazette after they are approved by the State Government.
