Supreme Court notifies Summer Vacation Bench Roster (Read Notification)

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court notified the following 6 Vacation Benches that would be hearing matters during the top Court’s summer vacation, which starts on 21st May:-

  1. May 21-May 27: Justice A.M. Khanwilkar & Justice Navin Sinha
  2. May 28-June 3: Justice L. Nageswara Rao & Justice Mohan M. Shantanagoudar
  3. June 4-June 10: Justice A.K. Goel & Justice Ashok Bhushan
  4. June 11-June 17: Justice U.U. Lalit & Justice Deepak Gupta
  5. June 18-June 24: Justice S. Abdul Nazeer & Justice Indu Malhotra
  6. June 25-July 1: Justice Arun Mishra & Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul

During the vacations, the Registry will remain open 10 AM-5 PM on all days, except Saturday, Sunday & holidays. These Benches will hear urgent miscellaneous matters on Monday & regular hearing matters from Tuesday to Friday. The Supreme Court will reopen on 2nd July.
