Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) in Gurugram on Wednesday has transferred the murder case to the District And Sessions Court and hearing is scheduled to begin December 22,2017.
Pradhyumn, a Class 2 student, was found with his throat slit inside a washroom at his school on September 8.
CBI had arrested the minor accused, a schoolmate of Pradhyumn’s, on November 8 on charge of murdering the seven-year-old boy.
Accused had reportedly confessed to the crime under the interrogation, but his family had constantly maintained that he is innocent.
