Bandhua Mukti Morcha (BMM) is organizing a Conference on “Right to Work and Living Wages” in collaboration with ONGC on 24th July 2018, at Dy. Speaker Hall, Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001.

Conference is expected to be represented by various institutions of National and International importance like Ministry of Labour and Welfare, Law & Justice, NHRC, UN, ILO, UNDP among others.
In the morning session Inauguration and Keynote address will be delivered by Former Chief Justice of India, Justice Shri T. S. Thakur. Shri Santosh Gangwar, Union Minister for Labour & Employment, will chair the valedictory session of the conference in the afternoon.
About Bandhua Mukti Morcha (BMM)
Bandhua Mukti Morcha ( Bonded Labour Liberation Front ) was founded in 1981 by Swami Agnivesh a highly evolved being, who threw away the glamour and comforts of a coveted Ministerial position in Government of Haryana and set out on the mission of waging a relentless war against the pernicious bonded labour system in India.
He has been the recipient of several National and International awards including Right Livelihood Award (Alternative Nobel Prize) 2004 for his outstanding work.
Bandhua Mukti Morcha is a body registered under the Societies Act, 1860. It is also registered with Ministry of Home Affairs under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.
Since its inception, BMM has dedicated its activities to the identification, release and rehabilitation of bonded labourers who lead a hellish life of bondage, slavery and debt. Till date the Organization has secured release of over 1,76000 bonded labourers in the country of which 26,000 are children. A large number of them have been rehabilitated.
