April 12,2018:
On Thursday, Delhi Bar Council elections result were been declared.Advocate Ajayinder Sangwan topped the list with more than one thousand votes followed by Advocates Murari Tiwari, Rajiv Khosla and Nitin Ahlawat.
First timer, Sanjay Rathee has also been elected as Member BCD.
Former Chairman of the Delhi Bar Council KK Manan secured tenth position, while Luthra and Luthra Senior Partner Vijay Kumar Sondhi finished at the twentieth position.
Delhi Bar Council elections were held on March 16 and 17 at the High Court of Delhi, where more than 30,000 lawyers voted. There were 173 candidates who were in fray for the 25 seats to the Council.
