On Saturday, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev reiterated his demand for an Ordinance on Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Speaking to reporters in Haridwar, the 52-year-old Ramdev demanded that the govt. must bring in a law to pave the way for the construction of the Ram temple in the historic city otherwise there could be communal disharmony.
Ramdev said, "People have lost patience. Bring a law for Ram Mandir or else people will start building it on their own."
He added, "If people do that, communal harmony could be disturbed. I believe there is no opposition to Ram in country, all Hindus, Muslims and Christians are his descendants."
His remarks came on the day Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray arrived for a two-day rally in Ayodhya in an attempt to force the govt. to bring in an Ordinance for the construction of the Ram temple.
This is the second time in just over a fortnight that Ramdev has raised the Ram temple issue.

On the sidelines of a two-day Patanjali conference, the yoga guru told reporters that there are sections who may not like the idea of a law to facilitate the temple construction but no one opposes Ram in India.
Ramdev questioned,"Ayodhya mein Ram Mandir nahin banega toh aur kya banega? (What else will be built in Ayodhya if not a Ram temple?)"
Calls for an Ordinance gained momentum ever since the Supreme Court on 29 Oct declined an urgent hearing of the Ayodhya land dispute case saying that "appropriate bench" will decide in January next year when to hear the politically-sensitive case.
The RSS & VHP have been mounting pressure on the Modi government to bring an ordinance to start the construction of a temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya.
The Congress & Muslim groups have said they would want all stakeholders to wait for the apex court verdict and not rush to resolve the issue through a legislation.
