4. Learned counsel for the applicant has moved a Misc. Application (IA No.7 of 2025) and Misc. Application with supplementary affidavit (IA No.4 of 2025), whereby he has placed on record, the photocopy of the judgment and order dated 30.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the aforesaid applications and seeks permission to file the certified copy of the said judgment and order.

6. Misc. Application (IA No.7 of 2025) and Misc. Application with supplementary affidavit (IA No.4 of 2025) are rejected, as not pressed, with liberty to the counsel for the appellant to bring on record the certified copy of the said judgment and order dated 30.07.2025, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani.

7. List these cases on 15.10.2025.

8. Interim orders dated 16.03.2021 and 06.04.2021 are extended, till the next date of listing.
