ORDER:

Heard Sri Challa Santosh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

No representation for the respondent. Perused the entire record.

2. This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of

F.C.O.P.No.312 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned I Additional

District Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court Medchal-Malkajgiri District at

Malkajgiri, to the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Jangaon.

3. None appeared and no representation for the respondent. Though,

vakalath is filed on behalf of the respondent on 09.04.2025 since then no

counter is filed. Hence, deemed no counter.

4. In the absence of the opposition and since there are catena of

judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court to consider the convenience of

wife while transferring matters arising out of matrimonial disputes, keeping

in view of the convenience of the petitioner herein, the relief prayed for is

granted.

5. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed

and the F.C.O.P.No.312 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned I RY,J Tr.CMP_95_2025

Additional District Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court Medchal-Malkajgiri

District at Malkajgiri, is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of the

learned Senior Civil Judge at Jangaon. The entire original record shall be

transmitted within a period of one month. There shall be no order as to

costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand

closed.
