JUDGMENT:

The record is disclosing that on 13.09.2025, the matter

has been amicably settled between the parties before the Lok

Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of

Telangana and accordingly, an award was passed.

In view of this position, the appeal is disposed of in

terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
