JUDGMENT:

       This      Appeal       is       preferred          by      the

appellants/respondents        challenging        the    order   dated

05.08.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-

cum-Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, in MVOP

No.446 of 2011.

2. The matter was referred to the Lok-Adalat,

whereupon an Award dated 08.03.2025 was passed. A copy

of the Award is placed on record.

3. In that view of the matter, this Appeal is disposed of

in terms of the Award dated 08.03.2025 passed in the Lok-

Adalat. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
