JUDGMENT:

1. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the

appellant has filed an application before the Family Court for modification of

the order dated 09.06.2025.

2. We are informed that the application was filed on 08.07.2025.

3. We extensively considered the legal position of the matter as placed by

learned Senior Counsel appearing for the parties yesterday. Senior Counsel

appearing for the appellant informs us that he was not aware of the filing of

the application before the Family Court.

4. Nothing remains of the Appeal in view of the above.

5. F.C.A.No.106 of 2025, along with all connected applications, is

accordingly disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. There shall be no order

as to costs.
