          CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.194 OF 2013

JUDGMENT:

and the same was compromised between both parties and an

Award was passed.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

disposed of in terms of the Award, dated 14.06.2025, passed by

the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.
