     Heard Mr. L.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for

the appellant.

Limited is the appellant. Appellant has assailed the legality

and validity of the final order dated 16.10.2019 passed by

the learned Single Judge allowing W.P.No.18516 of 2019

filed by respondent No.1 as the writ petitioner. By the said

order, learned Single Judge had directed consideration of

the case of the writ petitioner/respondent No.1 herein for

retrospective regularisation on completion of five years of

service in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994.

3. When the writ appeal was last listed on 30.11.2021,

learned counsel for the appellant sought for time to obtain

instruction as to whether the order of the learned Single

Judge has been implemented or not. Today he fairly

submits that the order of the learned Single Judge has

been implemented.

4. In that view of the matter, no live issue survives for

adjudication in this appeal.

5. Writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
