squarely covered by judgment titled as Mahesh Dutt Sharma Vs.

The State of Rajasthan & Ors. in SBCWP No.9203/2008 and Ajay

Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in SBCWP

No.6979/2008 along with SBCWP No.6980/2008 titled as Shyam

Sunder Tiwari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

As per him for the period in question with the Ayurvedic

Department, the claim of the petitioner is qua the pensionary

benefits.

In the light of above, the matter be listed on 20.04.2022 at

11:00 AM for final disposal.
