The appellant-plaintiff, by way of this appeal, assailing the

judgment and decree dated 12.11.2021 passed by Additional

District Judge, Jhalawar, District Jhalawar in Civil Suit No. 10/2015

whereby and whereunder the civil suit for seeking declaration of

the respondent-trust as null and void and has been dismissed.

Considering the issue involved in the present appeal, the

same requires consideration.

Admit.

Issue notice.

Record of the court below has already been received.

At this stage, there is no scope for passing any interim relief

and final order on the stay application shall be passed after

hearing the respondents.
