Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The term of the office of the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat

Kotra has already expired, therefore, no useful purpose will be

served in keeping the present petition pending before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, wants to

withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty to

agitate the grounds as raised in this petition at the appropriate

time in future, if occasion so arises.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty as aforesaid.
