01/10/2021 Defect pointed out by the office is overruled. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the detailed judgment passed by this Court today i.e. 01.10.2021 in Civil Misc. Appeal No.2086/2016 (The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. V/s. Purkha Ram & Ors.), the civil misc. application filed under Section 151 C.P.C. for recalling the order dated 14.09.2019 passed in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.1996/2016 (Purkha Ram V/s. Sonaram & Ors.) does not survive.

In view of the above, the application for recalling the order dated 14.09.2019 passed in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.1996/2016 (Purkha Ram V/s. Sonaram & Ors.) is dismissed.
