1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.37/2020 was registered at Police Station Aklera,

District Jhalawar for offence under Sections 8, 15 & 29 of NDPS

Act.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that challan has

been filed.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the second bail

application. It is contended that petitioner has criminal

antecedents and the first bail application was also rejected on the

basis of petitioner having criminal antecedents.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

State, I am not inclined to entertain the second bail application.

7. This second bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
