Order

04/02/2021 Learned counsels for the respective parties are in agreement

that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition stands

covered by the judgment of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

case of SBCWP No.10254/2020: Santosh Brijwal Vs. The

Rajasthan Public Service Commission and other connected

matters, dated 03.11.2020.

Learned counsel for the respondent-RPSC submits that the

Commission has already taken a decision to take the cut off date

for acquiring the requisite qualification as 12.10.2019 and

educational qualification of the petitioner has been found to be in

order.

In view thereof, this writ petition is allowed in terms of

direction issued by this Court in case of Santosh Brijwal

(2 of 2) [CW-12120/2020]

(supra). The respondents are directed to open result of the

petitioner kept in sealed cover and pass necessary order within a

period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of

this order.

The writ petition stands allowed accordingly.
