For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Iliyas Khan For Respondent(s) :

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA

Order

03/02/2021

Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the judgment

passed by the Court dated 12.12.2019 in SBCWP No.3233/2019.

However, this Court finds that the facts of the said case are

similar to the case of the present petition. The petitioner has been

selected as a School Lecturer (History) under the reserved

category and has been posted at Bharatpur, Government Senior

Secondary School.

By way of this present writ petition, he should be posted at

Jaipur as there is no such rule that those who were disabled

(2 of 2) [CW-794/2021]

should be posted only at Jaipur and all districts in Rajasthan are

meant for teacher from all categories. The prayer made by the

petitioner is wholly misconceived and the writ petition is

accordingly dismissed.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
