An application (IA No.01/2021) has been moved by counsel

for the appellant for early hearing of the appeal. However,

considering the fact that a large number of appeals with convicts

in custody are pending before this Court, it is not possible to hear

this appeal at present.

Accordingly, the application for early hearing filed on behalf

of the appellant is rejected.
