Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Various judgments have been cited by the petitioner

stating that the present case is covered by these judgments. The

same may be taken on record.

However, it appears from perusal of writ petition and on

submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for

respondent No.3 - Director, Department of Ayurved that the

petitioner had worked from January, 1998 to July, 2008 in the

Ayurved Department. Thereafter, he was transferred back to his

parent department i.e. the Board of Homeopathy Medicines and

superannuated on 31/08/2012 from the Board of Homeopathy

Medicines. Admittedly, the Board of Homeopathy Medicines has

not been made a party-respondent in the present case.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to implead the Board

of Homeopathy Medicines as respondent No.5 in the present case.

A copy of memo of this petition be served on Mr. G.P. Kaushik,

Advocate, who usually appears for the Board of Homeopathy

Medicines.
