Order

18/08/2021 Learned counsel relies on the judgment passed by the

Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.8563-69/2018 State of

Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. M/s North India T Parks Pvt. Ltd. and

connected Civil Appeals decided on 24.08.2018 whereby the

judgment passed by the High Court has been set aside. Learned

counsel submits that the Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer has relied

upon the judgment of the High Court to pass the impugned order

which already stands set aside by the Supreme Court.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable by 04.10.2021.

In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of the order

dated 10.08.2017 passed by Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer shall

remain stayed.

List this case on 04.10.2021.
