1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue
raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment
in the case of Ashok & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP
No.11276/2018, decided on 16.07.2019 and, therefore, the
present writ petition may also be disposed of in light of the said
judgment.

2. This Court while deciding the case of Ashok (supra) directed
as under:-
"In view of the over all fact and situation, wherein, the claim made by the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondents and the respondents are prepared to pass speaking order on the representations to be made by the petitioners, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with the directions that the petitioners may make a fresh representations indicating all their issues as raised in the present writ petition and/or any supplementary issues with the respondents. On filing of the same, the respondents would decide the same by way of speaking order appropriately and expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks.
In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the disposal of the representation, they would be free to seek their remedy in accordance with law."
3. In view of the above, the writ petition filed by the petitioners
is also disposed of in the light of judgment in the case of Ashok
(supra) with the same directions as quoted hereinbefore.
4. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
