        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Ex parte judgment dated 21st February, 2015 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in Criminal Proceeding No.746 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 17th December, 2013.

3. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter and by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
