02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for

condoning the delay of 231 days in preferring the intra-court appeal

against the judgment dated 30th August, 2022 passed by the learned

Single Judge in W.P.C (OAC) No.1680 of 2017.

3. Issue notice to the sole Respondent as to why the aforementioned

delay shall not be condoned or any other order shall not be passed

as deem fit in the circumstances of the case. Notice is made

returnable on 27th September, 2023.

4. The Appellants shall take steps for service of notice on the sole

Respondent by Registered Post with A.D. within three days from

today.

5. Let the matter be listed on 27th September, 2023.
