The Court made the following:
 JUDGMENT:

1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for both sides is present. Sri Allu Hari Narayana, learned counsel

for the respondents has represented that the appellants have paid the amount

to the respondent No.1-Margadarsi Chit Fund Company Limited towers full

satisfaction and as such the cause in the appeal suit does not survive for

further adjudication and the appeal has become infructuous and it may be

closed. Learned counsel for the appellants has reported that by recording the

same, the appeal may be closed.

2. Accordingly, the representation made by the learned counsel appearing

for both sides is recorded and the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
