                           The present application is filed

                      under the caption 'for being mentioned'

                      seeking   clarification   regarding   the

                      mistake crept in the orders passed by

                      this Court.

                           Heard learned counsel for the

                      petitioner and learned counsel for the

                      respondents.

Pending present application, the

respondents assailed the orders dated

01.08.2023 passed by this Court by way

of writ appeal i.e., W.A.No.1162 of 2023,

wherein, the Hon'ble Division Bench of

this Court vide order dated 15.12.2023

set aside the orders dated 01.08.2023

passed by this Court and remanded the

matter for consideration afresh. In view

of the judgment rendered in Appeal, this

petition for clarification/ modification of

typographical mistake which was crept

in the orders of this Court dated

01.08.2023 becomes infructuous. It is

further observed that in view of the

orders passed in the writ appeal, the

Court below shall hear the matter afresh

and pass final orders accordingly.

In view of the same, Registry is

directed to post the matter before the

concerned board after getting necessary

instructions.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is

closed.
