The Court made the following Judgment:

U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for

appellants would submit that in view of the MOU dated 15.04.2021

entered into between the parties out of Court and all the pending

issues have been resolved by the parties, the appellant may be

permitted to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the above submission of learned counsel for

appellants, permission is accorded as sought for and Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this

case shall stand closed.
