Heard Sri G.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for appellant and Sri A.Syam Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for respondents.

While seeking for stay, learned counsel for appellant agreed to deposit the original advance amount of Rs.21,75,000/-. Learned counsel for respondents also agreed for this course.

In that view, there shall be stay of operation of the decree and judgment dated 19.09.2023 in O.S. No.89 of 2015 on the file of Family Court-cum- VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, on the condition of appellant depositing an amount of Rs.21,75,000/-, within two weeks from today. Upon such deposit, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the said amount without furnishing any security.

List the matter after four weeks.
