JUDGMENT:

Ms. T. V. Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 02.01.2024 to the Registrar (Judicial),
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"In the above writ petition, the writ petitioner
through letter dt. 18.12.2023 instructed me to withdraw
the writ petition. Hence, I request your Honour to direct
the Registry to post the W.P.No.22891 of 2011 under the
caption "for withdrawal" in the cause list as per roster so
as to enable me to withdraw the writ petition.
Thanking You."
2. Sri N. Venkateshwar, learned counsel, representing
Ms. T. V. Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no
objection.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed
as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
