No.121 of 2019 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ananthapuramu, prima facie this Court finds merit in the submission made that having failed to obtain an order before the District Consumer

Disputes Redressal Commission, the 2nd respondent resorted to criminal action and the same is not sustainable.

Hence, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in connection with F.I.R. No.184 of 2022 on the file of IV Town Police Station, Ananthapuram.
