                         Learned    counsel     for   the   petitioners    is
                   permitted to take out personal service of notice to
                   the respondents No.1 and 2 through RPAD and file

proof thereof.

Interim stay as prayed for is granted until further orders for passing of final decree and the other proceedings in the final decree proceedings may go on, if initiated.
