                       WRIT PETITION No.25823 of 2020

ORDER:-

           This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India is filed seeking to direct the respondents to make

construction of Grama Sachivalayam, Rythu Barosa Kendram,

Veterinary hospital at C. Gollapalli(main village) of

Peddamandyam Mandal, Chittoor District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitionesr and the

learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has

submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in

J.R.Raghupathy and others v. State of Andhra Pradesh1,

holds that Writ cannot be issued in such cases, particularly

where there is no allegations of malafides, extraneous

considerations or arbitrariness and basing on the above said

Judgment of the Apex Court, this Court has also disposed of

W.P.Nos.15009 of 2020 and 25178 of 2020.

In view of the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex

Court in the above said Judgment and as the petitioners has

not made out a case for interference, this Writ Petition is

dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ

Petition shall stand closed.
