     CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1403 of 2016

O R D E R:

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed

seeking for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.11 of 2019 in

O.S.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District

Judge, East Godavari District, at Kakinada.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.9 of 2016 for specific

performance of sale agreement dated 01.12.2011. The said

suit was decreed and judgment passed on 03.01.2018.

Subsequently, the petitioner filed E.P.No.11 of 2019 for

execution of the decree.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

respondents in E.P.No.11 of 2019 filed their counters on

04.07.2019, but till date, the said E.P. is not disposed of.

4. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel

for the petitioner and on perusal of the material available

on record, in the considered opinion of this Court, it is

appropriate to direct the learned III Additional District

Judge, East Godavari District, at Kakinada to dispose of

E.P.No.11 of 2019 in O.S.No.9 of 2016 on priority basis as

it appears the said E.P. is pending for more than three

years.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of

directing the learned III Additional District Judge, East

Godavari District, at Kakinada, to dispose of the E.P.No.11

of 2019 in O.S.No.9 of 2016 on priority basis as

expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to

costs.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case

shall stand closed.
