JUDGMENT:-
Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 18.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-
"The subject referred Writ petition was filed by the
petitioner to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in
issuing proceedings vide Proc Rc.No.585/2011H2 dated 10.07.2012 by reverting the petitioner from the post of the Mandal-in-Charge as No,-Technical Work Inspectors as illegal arbitrary highhanded and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to set-aside the proceedings viz. Proc.Rc.No.585/2011H2 dated 10.07.2012 issued the 2nd respondent. It is informed by the petitioner through an email, during pendency of the writ petition he was promoted to the cadre of Assistant Engineer and requested me to with draw the writ petition as the cause does not survive. The copy of email is herewith enclosed for the kind perusal of the registry and also for the perusal of the Hon'ble court. Now the petitioner intends to with draw the present petition. Hence, I request the Hon'ble Registry, may kindly direct the section to list the matter before the Hon'ble court for withdrawl under "withdrawl caption" on priority basis and for such an action I will be grateful to the Hon'ble Registry."

Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ
petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
