JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for
the appellants submitted that on 20.02.2019 the parties have
compromised the matter and therefore, the petitioners may be
permitted to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the
learned counsel for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is
dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand
closed.
