Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends
to file a civil suit.

present.
3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty
as aforesaid. No order as to costs.
