ORDER:

The petitioner, who is said to be the owner of Ac.1.15

cents in Survey No.462/4-A of Bodigutta Palle, V.Kota Mandal,

Chittoor District, having obtained the said land by way of DKT

patta No.115/4/1414, dated 09.06.2003, had made an online F-

Line application No. DER 0121353581 on 23.07.2021, for survey

and demarcation of his land and again by way of a spandana

representation on 01.11.2021. As no steps were being taken for

carrying out such survey, the petitioner has approached this

Court by way of the present writ petition.

2. Sri R.Satish Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner,

relying upon a judgment of a learned single Judge of this Court,

dated 19.02.2020, in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, contends that the

petitioner is entitled to get such a survey conducted.

3. In view of the ratio and directions laid down by the learned

single Judge in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, this Writ Petition is allowed

directing the respondents 3 and 5 to conduct survey and fix the

boundaries to the land of the petitioner by sub-dividing the land

of the petitioner in Survey No.462/4-A to the extent of Ac.1.15

cents assigned in the DKT patta issued in favour of the

petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within two

months after giving notice to all the concerned parties.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
