           CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.589 OF 2008
JUDGMENT:

This revision was filed challenging the order dated

10.03.2008, passed by the Special Judge for SC ST (POA) Act-cum-

VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool-cum-Chairman

Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kurnool in Crl.M.P.No.638 of

2007 in SC ST S.C.No.100 of 2007, by which the petition filed by

the present petitioner/accused under Section 227 Cr.P.C praying

the court below for his discharge was dismissed.

Smt Durga Lavanya, learned counsel representing Sri B.

Nalin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

during the pendency of the revision the petitioner has been

acquitted in trial but the copy of the order of such acquittal could

not be obtained and filed as was directed vide order dated

05.01.2022. She submits the fact of acquittal of the petitioner

during the trial is correct.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revision has been

rendered infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
