convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for six months and fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default, to undergo S.I for 15 days, in C.C.No.10 of 2003 by the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, by judgment dated 10.03.2005. The Criminal Appeal No.73 of 2005 filed by the accused/respondent No.2 was allowed by the VII Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Vijayawada, by judgment dated 05.02.2007. Challenging the said judgment of the appellate court, the complainant has filed the present revision.

As per the office report, the notice sent to respondent No.2 has not yet returned.
