2. Mr. N. Aswartha Narayana, learned Government

Pleader, Services-1 for the respondents no.1, 2, 4 and 5, submits

that in terms of order no.9 of this Court dated 25.01.2022, he has

filed affidavit showing compliance of order dated 06.12.2017 in

O.A. No.1060 of 2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh

Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad. It was submitted that the

details of the payment made have also been annexed to the

affidavit filed. He further submitted that copy of the affidavit has

also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, nothing further remains

in the writ petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand

disposed of.
