JUDGMENT:-

This matter has been listed under the caption of

"Specially Identified Cases" and pertains to the year 2016.

2. On 10.11.2022, the following order was passed:-

"Ms. G.Priyanka, learned counsel, representing Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petition was filed with the prayer seeking regularization of the house pattas in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296 dated 12.08.2015.

On her request, list on 24.11.2022, to enable her to obtain instructions from the petitioner as to whether the cause survives or not, with clear understanding that no further adjournment shall be granted, as the matter is listed under the caption "specially identified cases"."

3. Ms. Priyanka Grandhi, learned counsel, representing Sri

V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the

cause of action does not survive any further and the same be

dismissed accordingly.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel

for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
