                         Heard.

                         Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit
                   that pursuant to the judgment and decree dated
                   15.06.2021, an amount of Rs.4,38,100/- towards 50%
                   of decretal amount and an amount of Rs.4,40,000/-
                   was deposited towards bank guarantee to the credit of
                   E.P.No.130 of 2021.

                         In view of the same, there shall be stay of all
                   further   proceedings      in   E.P.No.130    of   2021   in
                   O.S.No.206 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional
                   Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam            for a period of
                   six(6) weeks.

                         Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time

to get instructions.
